A few days ago, I discovered Hotarubi no Mori e (Into the Forest of Fireflies’ Light), a 45-minute anime film. I’m telling you guys, I cried my heart out. I don’t understand why I was so hurt after watching this film. I mean, why??? *sob* and *sob..sob..sob*

My Gin. My heart.

Up to now, I still can’t get over the ending.

This film is so nostalgic, it reminded me of summer days in the Philippines where me and my cousins would climb the hills and lay down the grassy field while feeling the sweet-smelling breeze in our faces. It was heaven. It’s exactly like this: The scenery. The feeling of freedom. The excitement of being a child. First love. Sigh. Everything… well, except for the part with the forest spirits.

This movie is so unfair (a whole lot!😣) There’s no justice at all. I mean, Hotaru and Gin fell for each other and because Gin can’t be touch my any humans, they try to control not to touch each other. Just the simple mistake of trying to help a boy not to fall into the pond or something, changed ruined everything. This breaks my everyone’s heart.

I don’t want to give all the details of the movie because I’m still hurting for Gin.

For everyone who had seen the film already, I’m one with you guys. We will always be crying for Gin. 😭

This is one of the most viewed anime music video. Though this is not the official song for Hotarubi no Mori e, the song fits perfectly I wanna cry. 😭

One big heartbreak for as short as 45 minutes. Maaaygaawd!

I live in an enchanted forest at the end of a rainbow. I have a little window in my room where I can see unicorns playing in the grass field at day and magical fairies dancing under the silvery moon at night.

Let me know what you think 🐰
