Cool Gifts for Friends

One of the Filipino Christmas traditions is exchanging gifts during the season. Me and my friends agreed to do the Manito-Manita where you randomly pick a name and you become his or her Secret Santa.

Every Friday of December, we planned to give a not-so-extravagant presents representing shapes.

December 9 – something long ( hotdog pillow)
December 16 – something round (round toothbrush holder)
December 23 – something soft (socks)
December 31 – anything amounting to 100 SRD (13 USD) and above (I got a good deal on a Casio watch)

Everything is wrapped up and ready for the New Year’s Eve event.

While doing our last minute shopping for the party (eg. ingredients, decorations), I found these colorful mason jars at the shop for 15 SRD and fell in love instantly. These would be perfect for my friends since we always gather around the house to eat. 😀

It might not be expensive, but it’s the thought that counts. I can’t wait for New Year’s Eve!1index
