A day all to myself? No obligations? house chores? or work?
Now, this is my kind of day!
I will definitely go to a place where I can have a nice view of the blue sky and the trees. A blue and green combination of what I call a perfect day.
All I need is a cup of coffee, my thoughts, and a pen? (oh wait! I think we’re more into technology now), so let me change that to my laptop.
And of course, no Facebook or Instagram! (This is supposed to be my day. No checking out on other people).
This is going to be a day where I will let my thoughts turn into writing. I want to express all the things that have been bothering my mind the past few days. I kept on thinking about a plot for a horror story so I can submit it before the deadline, and also, create a fictional pet I can write about (I’m deciding between a dragon, a brownie or a goblin!).
I think I will go with the dragon. A smart, mischievous but loyal-to-me kind of dragon. π
Now that I have everything I need for this day, I am going to put my headset on (I like listening to bossa or jazz when I write), click on Word, and enter my enchanted world. This is my me-time!
What’s your perfect day looks like?
Enjoy! π
xoxo,

You and I are on the same page with our days off!
Yehey!!! I’m not alone! This things really excite me. I don’t know, I think it’s a different kind of fun only few people can relate too. π
Sometimes I still write with a pen and paper. Enjoy your day π
I always feel like I need to chase my thoughts, and I type faster than I write. LOL π Thank you! Enjoy yours too π
That sounds indeed a perfect day! I liked how you wouldn’t check social media for that day. Nice one!
Oh yes. π I am trying to limit social media now. Have a nice day! π
