Happy Lazy Sunday everyone! Oh, I love a lazy Sunday where we can wake up late and buy brunch at the Chinese market.

Niko helped me pick flowers in the backyard for our activity today. I asked him if he wants to play with water and he gave me a big, crunchy Ja. It’s YES in Dutch. Sometimes he answers me in Dutch and if he feels like it, he would speak English. I actually like it if he speaks Dutch to me because it also helps me with my ehem, Dutch.

Now, back to the activity. 🤣🤣🤣

He was so excited when I started arranging the things on the tray.

Variety of flowers
Big stainless bowl
Wooden spoons
Food coloring
Plastic dropper

I mixed some food coloring with water and poured them into the vials.
Arrange all the materials.
Serve to play.

Niko poured all the colored water from the vials into the bowl and mixed them with the spoon. Then he put the flowers one by one. Once all the vials were empty, he put the water back into the vials using a funnel. He did this over and over again.

I lowered the bowl, so Nate can also join. Nate enjoyed it even more. They mixed the bowl together using the spoons. The best part of the activity is when they started splashing the water all over the floor. Okay, I’m done! 🤣

Pancake Bunnykins

An Asian mermaid lost in transition.

I live in an enchanted forest at the end of a rainbow. I have a little window in my room where I can see unicorns playing in the grass field at day and magical fairies dancing under the silvery moon at night.

Let me know what you think 🐰
