It’s time to visit the Hundred Acre Wood today because it’s National Winnie the Pooh Day. January 18 was chosen as Winnie the Pooh day because it marks the birthday of our cuddly bear’s author, AA Milne.

Instead of doing an activity, I set up a Winnie the Pooh theme table for the boys with a mix of red, yellow and brown colors.

I promised myself that I will try my best to make the boys’ days as fun and magical as possible. A lot of things happened this week and it made me realize that we only live once, might as well make the most out of it.

I prepared store-bought cinnamon rolls, added glaze on them and some sprinkles.

The cake stand, plates and utensils are from Target.
Bear cups from Krispy Suriname

I used red felt as placemats and cut out bees and banners from cardstocks.

That’s it for today, Happy National Winnie the Pooh Day!

An Asian mermaid lost in transition.

I live in an enchanted forest at the end of a rainbow. I have a little window in my room where I can see unicorns playing in the grass field at day and magical fairies dancing under the silvery moon at night.

Let me know what you think 🐰
